Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns and exchanges of both defective and non-defective items. You can return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. Email info@marys-copper.com with your order number and we'll send you our return instructions. Items returned without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Conditions

Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

Return Costs

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in that case we cover the cost and send a replacement or a full refund. There are no restocking fees.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 14 days if anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include your order number and a photo if possible.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or style, you can exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and the item you'd like instead, and we'll send you the return instructions. Return postage for exchanges is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and refund your original payment method within 5 days.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase, return it unworn within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.
